the poster for a beloved oripeau project. this special edition was held at promenade wellington, montreal, and dedicated to water (or joy) spilling over and exceeding the limits. 

so i decided to use acrylic paint in a spilling way — as a shape itself, with no brushes or other means. just a squeezed-out slurry as a front liquid typography layer. and as nature has everything intertwined, simplified vector letters and fonts "le murmure" by velvetyne and "lavishly yours" by robert leuschke are intertwined here.
