mut zur wut until it’s all good

“mut zur wut (courage to rage) until it’s all good” — my contribution to the mut zur wut 2025 competition. the whole phrase & composition is aiming to support those who protest until the good times come. 

despite it didn’t pass through the selection process, i’m still very proud of this work, and it was fun making it with paper, scissors, acrylic paint and a photo, — thanks a million to photographers sasha knox and aliaksandr plastun for their help to achieve the right shadows.

the approach is inspired by symmetrical papercuts of pierre vanni
