das tapfere schneiderlein

poster for a show “das tapfere schneiderlein (the brave little tailor)”, held in amateur theater altona in hamburg. the layout includes needles and a thread, as indispensable tools for any tailor. on the last image, a skein of thread was also used as a metaphor, but two needles seemed to me more expressive.

this theatrical series of posters is based on the search for an opportunity to find an image, grid and composition based on the structure of the letters themselves — the thickness of the main stroke is the base for the grid and illustration.
